I question whether there really was a need to continue this matter with the pointless selfish questions you continually dream up.

So you've had a FTTC cabinet installed nearby, so what? So have many other people, but many probably haven't, so why not just consider yourself fortunate and let the process run it's course which you've already been told is progressing nicely.

I would not take that date as gospel

my rfs date changed 3 different times

but as soon as it is says available then you sign up, I had lead time of 10 days, my install is on xmas eve

In my case I had to wait 5 weeks after placing my order. It all depends on engineer availability if a home visit is required.

Mind you self-install will be an option depending on the ISP you go with so it could be much quicker.
