Which naturally is useless. Surely anyone who has gone to the trouble of tracking down the email address has already exhausted all the obvious avenues for information!
I sent one in a couple of weeks ago and had an auto-response message back that there was high demand and could be long delays, but it seems they've stopped entirely now. This new message was essentially the same as the first, I resent it because I had only included my phone number and not the full address, and was wondering if they'd decided not to respond for that reason.
Anyone know what the delays on responses have been like recently?
Ah well, hopefully the first is still in a queue and whoever gets to it won't just trash it.
