does anyone know in what order openreach do the various jobs to fit a new cabinet? IE: fit cab, blow fibre, connect pairs, fit power duct and connect up etc.

The various parts are handled by different teams, and as such don't always get done in the same order. The only constant is the raising of the shell on the plinth, 'cos this kinda has to be done first ! smile

Thanks for that, was hoping the power duct and connection was the last. Were having pavement dug up this week for the power duct.

What i do know so far is the cab is there and a black tarmac line going to the old one smile Not seen any fibre rolls yet though

and a black tarmac line going to the old one

That'll be for the two x 100pr copper link cables between the two.

Hello,

I am the same, cabinet is in and can see some works been done from the old cabinet to the new. They also dug something across the road but it all now been filled and tarred back up. No noise coming from cabinet so I don't know what's going on with ours either.
