Fttc enabled cabinet

Hi looking for some advice as being given the run around by bt and or. If my cabinet is fttc enabled and others are able to get superfast bt infinity from this who live further away what reason could there be for me not being able to

Any advice greatly appreciated

What is the full output from the bt wholesale checker for your phone number?

Yes have bt line

Speed says 19-13 download. But why would my neighbour further form cabinet get 80 it's definitely the same cabinet

Line routing may be that the wiring goes down one side of the road and crosses your house and then comes back to you...

Is your ADSL attenuation identical to the neighbours, and have you double checked they are on the same cabinet via the checker.

Definitely same cabinet. Rural location and only 1 cab. People nearer and further away on both slides of the road able to get super fast. So not sure what the issue is bt very unhelpful

Fttc a high 19 low 13. But I can't understand why a neighbour 1 side has high 80 low 50 and the other side high 50 low 30???

one answer might be that the cabinet is served by multiple cables, some having a higher loss than others, and you are on one which has a higher loss than your neighbour
