Fibre on Tenby Exchange

[link to this post]

My Exchange (Tenby) has been announced to be upgraded during December 2014. My CAB (3) is luckily one of the 10 or so that they have applied for planning permission to enable by the look of it.

I've been looking about and it seems that my house is fed from an SCP about 50 metres from my house. This in turn is about 200m from the PCP (3). Are there likely to be any detrimental effects if my line is fed from the SCP? Am I definitely likely to be able to get FTTC if my line comes from this SCP as opposed to the PCP?

Thanks

The sub cabinet makes no difference, other than may introduce a few more metres of cable than if you went the straightest route to cab 3.

So as long as cabinet 3 gets a FTTC twin you should get FTTC and at 250m decent speeds are likely.
