Cisco 1841 router for FTTC

Guys have any of you used a 1841 for FTTC and was a VDSL WIC required?

Hello

The VDSL WIC will not fit as it is of the EHWIC variety which only fit ISR Generation 2 devices.

PPPOE would work to one of the BTo supplied bridges, but the router lacks the CPU power to do this in a meaningful manor. Really you want a 2821 minimum for PPPOE via the bridge.
