does this OR sheet mean my EO line will get fttp?

[link to this post]

Hi, I am on a 7km EO line to the broadhaven SWQHV exchange (lucky to get 500 kbs!). There are quite a few of us in this situation. Does this publication from OR suggest they are going to be running FTTP for us next year under the superfast Cymru rollout?

Many thanks
Woody

It would make sense seeing as they are going to be running the fibre up anyway

No problem. Dosen't look like it will be on demand either so you could end up with native FTTP which I think can range from FTTC speeds to Gigabit

But you won't know until it gets there.

Maximum FTTP product is currently 330/30.

My broadband basic info/help site - www.robertos.me.uk | Domains,site and mail hosting - Tsohost.
Connection - Plusnet UnLim Fibre (FTTC). Sync ~ 56.4/14.5Mbps @ 600m. - IPv4BQM IPv6BQM

While a positive bit of new it MUST be emphasied that there is no guarantee that any particular cabinet or EO group will benefit.

Welsh target is 96% access to fibre with 90% superfast so you may be in the 4%

one challenge may be if your EO is greater that 1.5km from the exchange
