FTTC on my cabinet ut I still cannot get it

I am with BT internet and my exchange (Cromer Norfolk) nowhas FTTC and my cabinet is now "taking orders" but when I try to order i get this message:

Sorry, BT Infinity isn't available in your area, but you can still get fibre-optic broadband.

Can anybody explain please

With BT Retail if estimated speed is under 15Mbps they sell you FTTC but with a different name It ensures that adverts meet the stated speeds.
