Exchange enabled for over 2 years, what next?

Just wondering if anyone is able to get any info on when (or if) I'm likely to be able to get FTTC. Have been trying to find out for over 2 years, but still have no idea.

The latest is that Digital Scotland told me that I am in an 'intervention area' and it will be rolled out between July and December this year. I've checked and there's no planned roadworks around my cabinet though.

My exchange is DEAN and I believe I'm connected to cabinet 24. Postcode EH4 4GS.

Openreach where and when has the exchange as AO and in the plans to be upgraded.

Hopefully someone can help out. Cheers.

I'd suggest digital Scotland have given the best info available at present

Cabinets 10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,2,20,21,22,23,26,29,3,31,32,34,36,38,4,40,41,42,43,5,6,7,8,9 are all live hence the Exchange area is AO

Cabinet 24 is planned, and the lack of roadworks may simply mean they've not filled them yet. You are doing better than some other cabs on the exchange that have no plans yet.

Any dates people give will always be subject to change, as one never knows what complications may arise.

I assume that your area is 'high in demand' meaning that the timescales you provided were correct
