I have the following information:
Exchange Name: Helston
Exchange Code: WWHELS

Cabinet: 1
Fibre Phase: Phase BDUK Cornwall - Tranche 2
Fibre Information: FTTP Available from 4th February 2014
Result Count: 1

Cabinet: 31
Fibre Phase: Phase BDUK Cornwall - Tranche 2
Fibre Information: FTTC Available from 17th April 2013
Result Count: 34

[TR13 8QS]
Has 1 result(s) connected to Cabinet 1 with FTTP with approximate speeds around the following:
Range A: Up to 330 (downstream) Up to 30 (upstream)

Has 34 result(s) connected to Cabinet 31 with FTTC with approximate speeds around the following:
Range A: 25.0 -> 77.6 (downstream) 5.7 -> 20.0 (upstream)
Range B: 14.0 -> 70.0 (downstream) 3.3 -> 20.0 (upstream)

Please note that these speeds are using BT's DSL Checker and uses the lowest and highest values for that postcode and cabinet.
Had at least 1 issue retrieving information from the BT DSL Checker.
Seems that all homes on that postcode can get fibre, granted depending where you are down the road would determine your speed.

And if your wondering who is getting the FTTP its door 2A smile

In reply to a post by HarryHomers:

Well that could possibly be a different post code, and the example of the one that cannot get it is an EO Line, but the info that I posted for that postcode is correct as BT sets it smile
Or are you referring to 2 lines going into the same address, if so then I cannot do any checks for that due to all my checks are postcode and door number based which are 1 per address, so if you had more than 1 line for that address things start to get complicated.

But if that's the case and the other line is an EO Line then it would need a PCP cabinet to be installed and then a Fibre one.
