Is it possible to tell if Cabinet sold out?

Recently the local cabinets on our estate went live with FTTC and some of us managed to order, but others are unable to order. There seems a difference between the the superfast site (showing accepting orders and ADSL checker showing not available for some/postcodes). It seems that BT only put in one card in cabinet, but there is a promise of two new cards on each cabinet soon.

Is there a way of telling whether this is an issue with BT's databases or because cabinets are sold out and waiting for new cards to be added.

Cabinets of interest are Biggleswade 25 & 29

The BT Wholesale checker will give a new date for when availability is expected to be live again, and a reason too.

Retailers should have this information and be able to interpret for you too.

not they are not full they needed new cards - new cards have been installed

Thanks for the info

Someone on the estate is struggling to get any sense from BT why he can't order FTTC, yet his neighbours can - any suggestions how they can resolve it?

thanks - if their ISP (BT I believe) seems unable to give them a reason why they can order, despite next door being able and the cabinet seeming to have available capacity - any suggestions how they might resolve that?

Try another ISP, eg TalkTalk, Sky, Zen, Plusnet, etc.
