What will the engineer have to do?

I dont want any socket moved or anything. I have the HH5 set up ready to go.

Just curious what else will happen.

Thanks.

Probably nothing then, might get a vdsl2 faceplate fitted as that what visit pays for

In two cases I have helped with recently, there was no visit (and no face plate). The new HH5 arrived in the post was connected and working in advance and simply just worked after the switch.
