Post Office tends to be the slowest, which ISP will depend on what exchange you are connected to.

What exchange name is given for your postcode at http://labs.thinkbroadband.com/local/

Have you approached BT about a deal or is there another reason your leaving BT?

UPDATE: My appologies I've done a check and Post Office seems to be able to offer a service in your area

WBC 4400/800 @ 4.2Km > TP-Link TD-W8968v3
FTTC 66000/19999 @ 450m > HG612 > Asus RT-AC87U BQM

It is an IPStream Max only exchange so would advise against SSE or Post Office as you are outside their core network areas, and thus lower priority and worse service.

BT don't charge more unlike PlusNet in your area. Sky and TalkTalk are not available.

So its BT Retail or someone like IDNet, Zen.
