Has this got anything to do with fibre?

I have roadworks up next to the exchange, and would you guys have any idea if its got to do with delivering the fibre cable:

Replace 1 jointbox frame and cover(s) (625mm x 625mm) in Carriageway...

Possibly or it could just be en existing frame/cover needs replacing to avoid a collapse

I think if the job reference has bduk in it then it's for fibre. Don't quote me on that it's just an observation.

I'm not sure, pretty much all the work around here has just referenced "NGA cabinet" or "BT Kiosk", no mention of BDUK in any of the roadworks. I've seen a few that have though so I guess it just depends on the council.

Your right, bduk is rural broadband which is why all my stuff refers to bduk.

Mine is out in rural Northumberland, definitely a BDUK project but it just isn't mentioned in the roadworks.
