Fibre no longer available

Few years ago fibre was enabled at my exchange and at the cabinet, never bothered to order it as was happy on ADSL. Checked a few week ago on the BT checker and was still available. Ive just checked now and there was no mention of fibre on there

According to the superfast openreach page my cab is down as "Exploring Solutions". Gone to my ISP website (Pulse8) and entered my telephone number and it now says fibre isnt yet available in my area". It was when i checked the other week

So whats changed? Exchange is Crofton

Edit: To add im served on cab4 and when i walked past it yesterday there was a green fibre cabinet there aswell as the older style ones which i assume is for adsl

At a guess, a newly enabled cab has reached capacity on the first card ... they'll fit another and the orders can be taken again.

You seem not to want it, so why fret ?

Because i was thinking of getting it in the near future, but seems i cant now.

Also i notice on the openreach site that they have a symbol for "High Demand", so wouldnt that be shown for my cab instead of Exploring Solutions?

Also how long roughly does it take to install a 2nd card?
