Openreach Database Issue?? Help!

[link to this post]

Hi All,

New here and wondering if anyone can provide some insight.

Our cabinet (Whitington Cabinet 3)has just switched to Accepting Orders for FTTC, but I wasn't able to order it as my line speed is showing up at only 5 (FTTC Range A), which is actually slower than what I get through ADSL. I'm about 600M line distance from the cabinet

I've been on the address checker, and some roads on our patch show 70Mbps, some show 3.9....and we're talking about neighbouring roads, sometimes houses opposite or backing onto each other, all working off the same cables and cabinet.

Here's some examples..

Worcester Road, WS14 9TE, FTTC Range A: 8

Heath Avenue, WS14 9TQ, FTTC Range A: 5

20 Chester Road (which the two previous roads lead off), WS14 9TF, 79.2

11 Chester Road (directly opposite to #20), WS14 9TF, 9.7

10 Nottingham Road (house directly behind 11 Chester Road), WS14 9TG, 80

So is this an OpenReach database issue, and if so, what's the fastest way of getting it updated? Could it be something else? This is driving me nuts....been waiting soooo long for the cabinet to go live, and now this!! Thanks for your help!
