Plusnet dropping PPPOE (PADT Related)

Hi all I have a problem,

been on fibre for just over a week now on a Hub One, works well most of the time but i keep getting random disconnects from PPPOE, The last being a few seconds after 5am this morning, I would say it is happening up to three times per day but the problem is it appears to be called for remotely by the ATM.

Anyone technical who can explain this any obvious issues?

Are you using a HomeHub or a rebadged HomeHub modem/router? because that looks like the classic 14 day reboot those do internally.

Or it could just be a network issue.

As the OP has said that they are using "Hub One" AKA Re branded HH5 v A So it isn't fully compatible with G.inp and basically is a POS modem wise

Yep, your right, I was doing several things when I read their post and jumped a line, but thought it looked like HomeHub logs.
