I live in a block of 102 flats. On checking my phone number in the OR checker it tells me that my line is an exchange only one. If I use the postcode checker for the block (BH15 1EG) every flat over a range of floors I have checked is shown as connected to cabinet 3 and accepting orders, so it seems very odd that my line is flagged as EO.
I know the number I was allocated 5 years ago was used previously somewhere else in Poole. Is it possible that the database was never updated when I was allocated the number. How do I get BT to check if the database is correct or not.
