dslchecker.bt.com tells me FTTC is available (it's been at capacity and then became available early May). I put an order through on 6th of May and on 20th May I got told the cabinet is at capacity by BT (for BT Infinity 2).
Needless to say it's been a very frustrating experience with BT but every call with them now results in them giving me an update that the engineers are saying that the cabinet is at capacity. However when I check on dslchecker, it shows as being available. And I called Zen Internet's sales team as a check and they can see there's availability.
What should I do? Is there a quota system where BT is at capacity but there are available ports for other providers? Having waited over 7 weeks, I don't want to cancel my order and then hear from Zen or any other provider at activation time that there in fact is a capacity issue...
