I agree with Ribble, it seems that your cabinet is currently no longer in scope and is back as being "We are exploring solutions" once again.
Basically your cabinet is back as being under review.
Have you tried to fill in this form
and for option 8 choose "When is fibre broadand going to be available in my area?" you normally have to wait up to 10 working days for a response from a person, though I have seen some replies happen in a few days.
That was one of the routes I took before I got my local MP involved as well as emailing the CEO of BT Group and the Chairman of BT asking what's the delay along with showing proof of our hardware being already in place and being live.
Granted we already had most if not all the hardware already installed, where as you don't, but its still worth trying.
Just remember always be polite to anyone you speak to at BT / Openreach.
So there is no harm in trying.
