Openreach has release a new price list for g.fast ultrafast broadband witrh two products 160/30 and 330/50.

Pilot pricing from 9 January 2017 onwards

£49 for Managed Engineer Install with CP Device, £99 for Managed Engineer Install with Openreach Modem
£9.95/month rental for 160/30Mbps and 330/50Mbps

yes they do, skipped it as its only pricing for the pilot which are usually priced cheaper than full live services.

Will OR will add g.fast on my cabinet (VDSL2 80/20 to 330/50 next year?)

I am assuming its a typo on their site due to they talk about the speeds at the top and it has 330/30Mbps so I am assuming the 50 should be 30.

Mind you 50Mbps up would be nice smile

It has long been touted that 330/50 will be the service.

I expect the FTTP top package to come in to line with that once the service is fully rolled out.

No typo the G.fast service is looking at 330 Mbps down and 50 up.

Oh ok, I know FTTP was due a boost when G.FAST starts to be rolled out, I was also told the downstream will increase to like +550Mbps and the up was in the range of 50 to 72Mbps (why they said 72 I have no idea, magic number maybe?)

But 300 Mbps down and 30 Mbps up is fine us, not saying I would refuse if we got more up tongue
