Fibre Journey Stuck at Activate

Hi peeps!

Recently moved to Rural Wales and the BB situation here is dire. However, a couple weeks after moving in a green box arrived in the village and Fibre has arrived laugh.

I spoke to the engineer and he said its now been commissioned. However, On the fibre journy page it still says "We're performing our final quality checks and making sure everything is ready for your fibre order."

Thats fine, but its been like that for over 3 months now.

I saw an engineer nearby last week and mentioned it to him and he said there were already pairs in the box so he didnt understand why I couldnt order

Anyone else experienced anything like this?

Yes, I'm seeing that as well on a Skenfrith address.
This is for FTTP. The fibre cable arrived last year: https://twitter.com/HmmmUK/status/781918799037628416

Openreach's fibre checker has been on 'activate' for a few months:
"We're performing our final quality checks and making sure everything is ready for your fibre order.
You can't order a fibre service today but typically it'll be available to your premises within the next month.
"

It's either failed a commissioning test or there is further work required at the handover point/network before its RFS.
