Vectoring states:

0 = VECT_WAIT_FOR_CONFIG
1 = VECT_FULL
2 = VECT_WAIT_FOR_TRIGGER
3 = VECT_RUNNING
4 = VECT_DISABLED
5 = VECT_UNCONFIGURE

I did ask plusnet for the line test GEA test to see if Vectoring is enabled or not? Plusnet cannot tell me if it was on or not. They not aware of any vectoring trial test from openreach?

But they notice my line was all the over the place but there is no sign of DLM trigger which it rather odd.

Saw openreach engineer is working on my green cabinet and he told me he just putting a new card in and testing. I asked him about vectoring and g.fast. He say my cabinet is on trial of vectoring ongoing process but DLM will not affect in this trial stage. As for g.fast there is no timeframe slot for the time being.

My router has resync again:

I have never seen 2 before, usually its set to 5, but 2 indicates from the description its not quite active either.

Thanks for running the command.

It's appear openreach trialing vectoring in most places but there is nothing on ispreview or thinkbroadband about this. Nothing on BT press release news.

All I can see so far that BT trialing:

new g.fast pod installing

vectoring test

SNR 3dB trial

g.INP on ECI cabinet trial

I just noticed that very odd on downstream Errored Second was still zero but upstream Errored Second was very badly soaring to 778 so far after 6th resync. I think upstream is still on fast path while downstream still on interleaved (8)

I will keep monitoring it and updated if any change.

Vectoring stats 5, and the mac address being all 0's imeans vectoring isn't currently active.

No access to stats as using BT Smart Hub Currently rather than a HG612 but since a manual reboot its still showing...

dsl:VDSL link Up: Down Rate=120488Kbps, Up Rate=19999Kbps, SNR Margin Down=0.00dB, SNR Margin Up=6.00dB

big improvement from the 87 attain it was before.
