Not sure what you deleted but while nothing is confirmed yet it might not be too far away.

Some major changes are in prospect. Note the Wholesale price list now refers to Excess Construction Charge bands, not distance. Good reason for that wink

The Excess Construction Charge bands are in addition to the Construction Charge Bands - for many the ECCs will be zero. Have a look here, where the Construction Charge bands still exist (shown right at the bottom) and remain unchanged.

FluidOne FTTP On Demand 330/30 Mbps
Netgear Nighthawk X10 running Voxel

It was basically "an email" in less than perfect English stating that FTTPoD will be made available to residential soon and that relevant pricing would be announced. Signed off "Openreach".

Gotcha. My bad, I guess that change hasn't been made yet, if it actually ends up happening.

Should be a few things about it changing in the not too distant, all being well.

In regards to ECCs are they related to work required on end user premises or do they cover work required outside your premises?

ECCs normally apply to external works (ie between premises & Agg node).
