Upload speed dropping

Had Sky Fibre activated on the 10th October and my upload speed keeps dropping from when it was first activated, but the download has stayed the same. The last re-sync was this morning.

The upload was at 7182 kbps at first.

Also my noise margin is set at 9db, is this something that could indicate an issue with the line? Has always been 9db too since the 10th.

Running the Sky Q hub with MK3 faceplate.

Download sync probably maxing out for the 38/9.5 product and on upload you may just be seeing variations due to cross talk and other noise. The banding can mean you don't see both drop or rise at the same time.
