How did you handle the situation of phone with BT and broadband with Plusnet in the end? I've never dealt with it, I've always had everything with one ISP, so when I had BT they migrated the TV, broadband and Phone all in one go - on the same date, to the new place. Clearly it's not this clear-cut with things over multiple suppliers. Just interested on hearing the final solution
