Self funding a fibre cabinet

[link to this post]

A new development of 90 odd houses has a cabinet without fibre. As far as I can understand it too new for BDUK funding and too old to have had the option of free FTTP.

How much would it cost to install a fibre cabinet if the estate wanted to pay and who do you ask at OR?

https://communityfibre.openreach.co.uk/ and if developer still has properties to sell some pressure on them might make them change and pay for it.

A figure of £30,000 is a ball park until you get the proper estimate, sometimes less, sometimes more
