Help wanted understanding my monitor

This is my latest broadband monitor reading. It does not look brilliant to me but I would appreciate a more expert eye before I go to war over it. I do know that I am suffering from intermittent short cutouts in signal. I am on Virgin SuperFibre 50.

In which case the yellow is a combination of DOCSIS jitter and the Intel Puma chipset bug, i.e. its slow responding to pings sometimes as CPU is busy doing other things
