I have a problem with my billing. I have had a reduced charge for phone and broadband for over a year. When the notice of VAT increase came out last year I queried by ticket whether my rate would continue in January and was assured it would. However I received an invoice for double my normal amount and despite the fact i raised a ticket on Sunday found the DD had gone through today.
I have been referred to customer accounts but there is a long wait and I 'm not prepared to wait on the line for that long on an 0844 number. I have been with care4free since they first started.
