Bob, I sent feedback to MAAF yesterday regarding 2 calls I made to Customer Service back in June when you were making some changes to the system and a large number of customers lost their connection. The two calls cost me £2.84 using the 0844 number, because I had to abandon the first call then had to wait a long time to get through the second time.
I had a reply to my ticket this afternoon, to say that I would not be reimbursed and:

Seriously, an 0800 number would be a good move. Just wish it had been in place in June.
