I'm in a bit of a bind. I have a Madasafish PAYG dialup account that used to be freenetname. Trouble is I can't dialin to keep my website and email going. Whats the solution? Phone been down two weeks now.

Hi, sorry for the delay in responding. I don't think you need to dial in to keep it active, collecting the email occasionally should be fine (think that has to be via POP3 rather than webmail though).

If you do want to dial in though you could log in to the portal and add the phone number you'll be dialling in from to the account which would get around the CLI check.

Hope that helps,

Regards,

Thanks Orbrey. Hopefully the fault will be clear by the end of the week.
