I'm also on Madasafish Talk phone line but don't receive a discount, is that usual?

I would say that it is usual to receive a single discount on the broadband which takes into account the fact that you also have Madasafish Talk.

Yeah, that follows what my line of thinking suggested too, but on closer inspection I've realised that I'm paying less than the website advertised price, its just that a 'discount' deduction is not shown on my invoice in the same format as Broadband charges are listed.

in past years I have gone back to MAAF at what I thought was my contract renewal date to discuss discount. It now seems that there is no renewal date as such - contract is ongoing and I am free to leave without penalty subject to notice period.

Does this mean I can no longer negotiate?

after being told that my MAAF contract was rolling, I discovered that my discount was not (sneaky one that), I took my account all that way across the road to plusnet. and added phone line too.

i got a reasonable combined deal, and even managed to wangle unlimited bb usage at a discounted rate (they don't even advertise this anymore)...
