Cannot access webmail

I have been successfully accessing a webmail account (sherweb) for over a year using iPhone, iPad etc.

Today, it stopped working from my home wifi network :unable to verify identity.

If I sit here and switch off wifi to revert to the 3G connection, it works fine. When I reconnect to wifi, authentication fails?
Any ideas?

Do you have any other devices other than the iPhone/iPad that access the machine wirelessly? Is there a desktop computer and if so does the same problem happen with that? What happens if you try a wired rather than wireless connection to the router?

Aside from the router playing silly [censored], or your IP being in some way restricted, there's not a great deal I can think that would be causing this.
