House move issue

Can someone take a look at this ticket 49875724

It is for our parish clerk that moved out from our building and needs access to adsl at the new address as only using a dongle at present.

Hi Adam,

Those at PlusNet (MAAF's parent company) do not alway's come onto the MAAF forum's here at Think Broadband. Has the Parish Clerk called PlusNet or MAAF?

They can be contacted via PlusNet's main number here: 0800 432 0200 / 0345 140 0200

Remember 03 numbers should be charged at standard 01/02 Geographic Rates.

The can then look into this for him.

Sorry we've missed this so far, I can see the ticket has been replied to a number of times so there isn't really much else we could have done anyway.

From the notes on the ticket the issue should now be resolved.

Clerk returned to work on 4th and did try again and was connected looks like an external issue to the property can any compensation be sorted for loss of service?

I would say 14 days lost looking at tickets
