Has anyone else had problems reading the latest .pdf invoices sent to your registered email account? On the last two months invoices I have been getting odd characters in place of the £ symbol and the first couple of numerals.
I can read the stored earlier .pdf invoices but Feb and March have the odd characters just where the actual finance values are. I assume my PC and Acrobat reader 10.1.2 is ok as earlier invoices are still clear.

Yes my pdf invoices show the same variation and I'm not using the Adobe pdf reader, however it's not hindering my bank from emptying my account in order to pay the sum due

Well that is interesting Apprentice because I had three earlier replies to the ticket I raised a day earlier, the last of which that told me at 5:28 am (after your 4:31am reply) that no other reports of such problems existed !!
Just goes to show it is the luck of the draw when it comes to fault finding and accurate answers from MAAF. The sad thing about such incorrect information being passed out by MAAF support could lead to someone modifying their pc in an attempt to correct a fault that is not of their making.

I also included a link to this thread in my ticket after you mentioned that support hadn't received any more tickets regarding this issue in their initial reply to you.

We are definitely aware of this issue, I've just done some digging and can see that it's being investigated under problem ID 70491.
I'm sorry for any confusion, i.e being told that this isn't a known problem.
As this problem is purely cosmetic and shouldn't have any other negative impact it may not have the highest priority but I'll do what I can to get this one cleared up and closed off.

This has been going on for a long time now, just got another one for the MAAF account I look after, still covered in hieroglyphics! Any news?
