My Direct Debit details

I updated my Direct Debit details using my account about a week ago as I changed banks.
the new details show active.

I just had this email from Madasafish

We are emailing you as we've noticed that you don't have any payment
details setup for your account. Setup a Direct Debit by visiting My Account.

Have you a recent support ticket ID, or some means of me identifying your account (username?)
Happy to take a look to see if I can work out what's gone wrong ...
