Where's Support Gone?!

I raised a ticket yesterday and was rather amazed that is said that average response time was 25 hours!
As of 29 hours, still no reply.
Is this usual? I thought Support had improved recently, but maybe they don't work at weekends now.
Is it the cut-backs?!

We're just very busy at the moment, hence the average response being 25 hours. Has your ticket been picked up now?
