Madasafish - response time

I have a couple of open tickets with Madasafish regarding a download speed problem i.e. I have a sync speed of around 10Mbps, but the bandwidth is stuck at a max of 3070 kbps.
This has been going on for about a month now.
The last I heard from MAAF was 6 days ago. What is going on with MAAF? They used to respond within a day, mostly within hours, but now it is 2-3 days, and as I said, I have now waited 6 days for a response.

Yes, I know that. BUT my contract is still with MAAF, and I have several open tickets with MAAF.
I do NOT have an ID which allows me to log into and register any complaint etc with PN
So, short of spending half an hour PLUS in a telephone queue, what can one do.
At this rate I probably won't even be able to get a MAC to move somewhere else!

AFAIK it's the same CS Dept. that deals with complaints from both maaf and PN, so by complaining/sending a ticket from the maaf "My Account" you are in effect also complaining to Plusnet.

As your post has been read by one of the Support Team (PN) who look in on this maaf forum as well as the PN forum within tbb you will hopefully get a quicker outcome to your "download speed problem" smile
