I haven't had a reply to my original ticket on Thursday 5th June 2014 2:37pm

My Download Speed is only 0.42 Mbps, down from 8.89Mbps

While you wait for your ISP to respond, have you tried any of the following:

-Confirm it is the DSL sync speed that is decreased, if so{

-Try swapping the microfilter
-Try connecting the router to the BT test socket on the master socket
-Try disconnecting any pieces of phone equipment in the house which are plugged into the line incase they have fried and causing issue
-Run 3 consecutive BT speedtest domain speedtests and note down the times and results of the

I have had this problem before and it was not my end.
The slow speeds is caused by Plusnet, they are the worst ISP there is.
