Not surprising! They must make a loss on Broadband & Off Peak Calls.

EDIT: They should give you free month's BB for drawing that to their attention.

That’s what I’m on… Broadband & Off Peak Calls and Orange line rental. January I may switch my mobile phone from T-Mobile to Orange for the fiver per month off the home broadband. smirk

Thanks! I look forward to the month free broadband. smile

Yes, it would helped if OP had described the problem, which is ...

Of the 3 product columns, there is a repeated column of "Broadband & Anytime Calls" instead of the middle one which should be "Broadband & Off Peak Calls".

This must have something to do with it.

Whenever I get my Daily archive of Orange (formerly Wanadoo UK) emails from TBB, Orange rates them as spam and appends at the end:
Orange vous informe que cet e-mail a été contrôlé par l'anti-virus mail. Aucun virus connu à ce jour par nos services n'a été détecté

Today I received an email from a friend who is not with Orange and for the very first time it has that strange message at the end of the email message. Anyone else get this and what's it all about? laugh

Orange vous informe que cet e-mail a été contrôlé par l'anti-virus mail. Aucun virus connu à ce jour par nos services n'a été détecté

Edit: I just translated the message French to English. smile

Orange informs you that this e-mail was controlled by antivirus email. No known virus this day by our services was detected
