Need for Speed (Newbie Needing Help)

Hi, I have for months been suffering with very poor internet connection only to find out that I should have had something called an SNR reset. I must have phoned orange in excess of 50 times, but y you get the same old drivel do this do that nonsense

Please can someone adivse if I can get more speed with from my line I am getting around 8MBS at moment but I think my line can support 11MBS but I am a newbie so not 100% sure on this Configured Current
