I don't know if Orange are unique in this respect or not, but getting in touch with the Abuse section is causing me to tear my remaining hair out. Three times I've e-mailed asking for my account to be unlocked* and no reply other than an automated response; customer account and technical support can't (or won't) put me in touch.
As a side note, I've been told the account has been locked due to, variously: an error; abuse; distributing spam; and excessive downloading. Each time I get told something different but I never get told any details. When I queried the excessive downloading I was told "between 100 and 160Gb per month". I'd have to be running downloads 24/7 to clock up that figure.
