Peak time actual speed dropped to below 1Mb

Although the BT Wholesale seped test and the TB speed test show my speed as being normal, at peak times my internet speed has got a lot slower the last few days. Speedtest.net and download speeds show it at being at around 0.64Mb. Please ignore the high upstream noise margin as it happened before this was high:

Errors (ES) are high for 7 hrs connected, slowing line down, but would expect it to be all the time.

You should be getting about 11 Meg sync but they are holding you at higher than normal Down Target NM.

Are you taking stats from test socket? Try BT Quiet Line Test (17070 Opt 2) with router disconned. Should be completely quiet.

Yes this is from the test socket. My line is quiet. My router resynced earlier but didn't reset the error seconds thats why there is so many.
