View / send Logs from EE BrightBox

[link to this post]

Hi, I have changed my ISP to EE and received from them Brigthbox. In my last flat I had Netgear which was sending me logs on daily basis. I cannot seem to find this option on BrigthBox. Its menu looks very basic and limited.

Any help greatly appreciated.

The EE/Orange bright box Router does not send logs by email, you can save the router logs.

To access router logs Go… Advanced Set-UP > Accept > System > System Log.

All I can see there is a record of websites visited, Internet Explorer Favorites/History will give you that.

You could use the Netgear router instead of the Bright Box router. I like the Bright Box router and I've got (2) 3Com routers 3CRWDR100A-72 & 3CRWDR101A-75. (2) 2Wire 2700HGV routers v1&2. and (1) Orange Netgear DGN1000 router. wink

Edited. I see your Netgear Rangemax (WPN824) is a cable router. frown Maybe it could be connected as the wireless access point. smile

Per PC. Router would give amalgamation in a multi-device household.

But Brighbox doesn't to this, altho' I think it might log blocked sites maybe only incoming.

Yes, that was my intention to monitor what is going on. there are multiple devices accessing network not only PC. Is there no other way of actually monitor passing traffic on the router itself ?
