The long wait on EE to activate

I recently moved house and was convinced by EE to stay with them instead of canceling and they will get my broadband set up and ready in no time in my new address. I told them my new address 3 weeks ago, i just got the BT engineer out yesterday to put in my line, he told me it will be ready to use in 2 hours. EE told me it would actually be another 7-10 working days! And to top it all off they emailed me today to say it will unbelievably be 20 working days to activate my line!


Is anyone else having this issue? Or can someone explain to me why this is going on?

(To make matters worse i have tried calling emailing tweeting and facebooking i still have no answer)

If ee ordered a simultaneous provide then should be both done at the same time. They possibly did not impossible to say
