problem with ping ???

Hi everyone ,I'm new here and I hope that someone will help me smile
I have some times a problem with open any page www .Connections dropping out many
times.Participate in live auctions Ebay is impossible,listening to the
radio too because still buffering .Ping package many times during day/night is lost.
I`m check router stats and try compare with other and im not sure if is all ok.

I make complaint to orange about my problem and they say all is ok.
maybe for them not for me ,this ee is for me night mare .Previously I had 24meg BE and never had any problems.

Run the speedtests both here at TBB and at BT Wholesale Broadband Performance Test - click on Futher Diagnostics, run it and post the textual results.

You could try changing your DNS in router to 1 of these:
Open DNS : 208.67.222.222 & 208.67.220.220
Google DNS: 8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4
Norton DNS: 198.153.192.50 & 198.153.194.50
P.S. ebay doesn't accept pings.

Within the router set MTU 1500
