I am awaiting my Bright Box 2 delivery, and EE have given me what they SAY is a "tracking number", but which actually looks like an internal EE order reference. I have checked with EE three times, and this is all they have.
The order reference EE have told me is a "MyHermes" tracking No, is in this format (which neither MyHermes OR Yodel OR Parcelforce OR Royal mail sites recognise as valid):
FSBBXXXXXXXX (X = numeral). To me, the "FSBB" part seems to indicate "Fiber (Something) Bright Box". Do any of you who are on EE Fibre and who have a Bright Box 2, have any reference similar to this, in the given format?
