How can that be actually exciting playing a war game.
It's kind of the point with BF games, although I've not played it yet, I'd take realism over gamey any day
Bouncing around a screen putting a magazine into an enemy isn't my personal idea of fun, IMHO BF3 doesn't go far enough with ballistics realism (getting hit on body armour IRL generally doesn't result in you turning around and attacking the enemy
), but I suppose they've got to appeal to more than me I guess
One game I play, Battleground Europe, you can go an hour and maybe get a couple of kills. The thrill is in out thinking and out flanking the enemy for me.
