Shame about the stupid corporate yank doing the voiceover but yeah, Max Payne 3 is looking awesome. Faithful to the series with much improved graphics (I'm guessing that's the PC version too?). Noirish eh? Silly corporate american. wink

Can't open the video on my iPhone but will look later when I get home.
IIRC though, I didn't like the series because of the controls.

I remember loving The Getaway on PS2 but hating the control scheme. I seem to remember that being due on the PS3 at some point?

And I thought it was just me who didn't particularly appreciate Max Payne 2. There were decent moments like the gangster in the exploding Batboy costume but the game just didn't do it for me. Not least for (in my view) destroying the previous title in terms of storyline. This game seems to have almost zero connection with the originals storyline wise so hopefully that won't happen again.

Last I heard the idea got binned, Sony decided to focus efforts elsewhere.

2008? Blimey, missed that one. frown

I enjoyed the originals mainly because of recognising the streets you were driving through at breakneck speed.
