Wreckfest

This really is the best reason to own a force feedback racing rig!

It's still in Alpha and has a few niggles here and there, such as the lack of engine and exhaust note when you change from first to second gear on the stock engine. But it looks fantastic maxed out, even after YouTube has had it's horrible way with it...

It also has some odd frame rate behaviour under V-sync, seeming to lock at 60fps on the whole, then suddenly dropping to a locked 30fps. Disabling V-sync sees it hovering continuously between 90-100fps, but pointless on my TV. Going to give frame rate target control a test at 60 and see if that fairs any different.

There's no noticeable tearing when you're in the thick of it, but it would be nice to lock it at 60 and reduce energy consumption (the 390x is not a cool card), but dropping the AA down from 8x would probably help towards that end too.

But it just looks so damn nice with all the particle physics and reflections!

Unlocked.

V-sync enabled. (Incorporating ridiculous mega take out!
